A few years ago Nannette Lorenz, owner and founder of Krazy K-9 realized she was on to something. It all began innocently enough with a small batch of home baked cookies for her own dogs. Upon tasting the freshly baked cookies, the dogs proudly announced that these were the best cookies they had ever eaten! The rest is history. |
As a child she loved to bake. People always commented that she made the best tasting baked goods around and using the freshest ingredients possible didn't hurt. Even today, she gets requests for baking "people cookies" along with her "dog kookie" line, but her true love is for her dogs. |

Having been involved in dog rescue for the past few years, specializing in Boxers and Boston Terriers, she found that every dog no matter what their background needs a little TLC and freshly baked cookies certainly eases the transition time when settling into a new foster home situation. Currently, she has given her three permanent rescue dogs official jobs as taste testers, a job they really love. |
